How do I book a property?

You will find that the easiest way to book is online. Simply input your destination, required dates and guests. Find your perfect property on our list. Click ‘book’ and this will take you through the different stages, including taking your payment.

How do I pay for a booking?

You pay via our online payment system. You will be taken through this process when you make a booking.

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

These are subject to the hosts policy – TBC on details

Can I bring a pet?

This will depend on the hosts policy. Some properties allow pets and some don’t. It will say in the description whether pets are allowed.

Do you cater for disabled access?

Yes some properties will cater for disabled access. It will say in the description whether the property has disabled access or not.

Is there parking?

Yes some properties will have parking. This will be stated on the description. If a host has not mentioned parking, then contact them to confirm the status of parking.

Do I need to bring my own Linen and towels?

All properties will provide linen and towels unless stated on the description.

Is there EV charging?

Where properties have dedicated EV charging points they will be advertised. The property details may also include any relevant information such as power levels provided and additional charges if applicable. Vehicles should NOT be charged at properties without dedicated EV charging points. Most Properties will have standard domestic supplies which do not support vehicle charging.

Is there a Hot tub?

Some properties are equipped with the luxury of a hot tub (subject to certain rules and restrictions) and these can be either indoor/outdoor, private or shared. Please refer to the property description for information.

Do we need to clean the property before we leave?

We ask you please leave the property In the same state you found it.
